Our office will send your insurance claim electronically to your insurance company for you, if your insurance plan allows it.
We have 2 options for payment.
We can have your insurance cheque sent directly to our office, known as assignment of benefits. With this option, we do require a valid credit card to be put on file.
The other option is to have the cheque go directly to you, and you pay the full amount.
